The applications must be approved by the AAC Meeting which is attended by all ASEAN Member States.
The process of the registration is determined by the schedule of AAC Meeting, which is held three times a year to approve applications.

Each approved applicant will receive an AA certificate and the inclusion of AA Register (AAR) on the official website.
AA Certificate can be utilized for cross-border professional practice within the ASEAN region as a part of competency requirements in the work licensing process. AA Certificate holders are recognized for equal professional competence within the ASEAN.

Yes, however, you can use SKA as long as it is still valid, next you shall extend your certification to STRA. The required certification for AA must be (minimum) Madya level.
