a. Registration form Information including, but not limited to: personal data, academic data, and professional data. b. Uploaded documents Information including, but not limited to: ID card, graduate certificate, professional registration certificate, curriculum vitae, and other related documents. C.

We use your Personal Information for such purposes as responding to your registration, verifying and validating your qualifications, processing to the next stages, communicating with you, and providing the certificate. From time to time, we may also use your Personal Information to monitor and evaluate your conduct of professional practice, especially regarding the validity period of professional registration certificate D.
Data controller
The information for which IMC Secretariat is the data controller, IMC Secretariat shall be the data controller of the master data you enter in connection with your creation of a profile or registration. Furthermore, IMC Secretariat shall be the data controller of the information which is disclosed to other parties. E.
Data processor
By accepting this Privacy Policy, you gice your personal consent to IMC Secretariat in allowing the data for which you are the data controller be processed by the same data processor. By accepting these terms and conditions, you also give your consent to us to give such instructions to the data processor which are necessary for the processing of data in accordance with this personal data policy and for the purpose of use of the website. The data processor has made necessary technical and organizational safety measures against the information being accidentally or illegally destroyed, lost or deteriorated, and against the information coming to the knowledge of unauthorized persons, is misused or in other ways is processed in violation with the act on processing of personal data. IMC Secretariat will use its reasonable efforts to ensure that recorded data, including personal information, password, and any confidential information, will not be disclosed, transferred, given to, or illegally used by unauthorized persons. Access, correction and deletion
Upon written request to IMC Secretariat, we shall inform you of the purpose of the processing; who receives the information and from where the information originates. We will provide the above mentioned as soon as reasonably possible. If you discover that the information which IMC Secretariat as the data controller process on you is incorrect or misleading, we shall make the correction hereof on your request. We recommend that you – if possible – make the correction of such errors yourself. You may at any time correct or delete any content and information on the Website for which you are the data controller. If your personal data change, or if you no longer wish to appear on the website, you may update or delete the information by logging on to your user profile. When your profile is deleted, all the data associated with your user profile is deleted. H.

IMC Secretariat may at any time make changes to its Privacy Policy with future effect. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any such changes. Please read the terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) set out below carefully before conducting online registration in this website. In order to do so, you must meet qualifications set according to ASEAN Mutual Recognition Arrangement (MRA). A.
Introduction
IMC Secretariat is a work unit that handles administrative affairs for the implementation of ASEAN Mutual Recognition Arrangement (MRA), including registrasi online process, which is determined by the Minister of Public Works and Housing. B.
User representations
By using this website, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions; (4) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; (5) you will not access the website through a bot, script, or otherwise; (6) you will not use the website for any illegal or anauthorized purpose; and (7) your use of the website will not violate any applicable law or regulation. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the website (or any portion thereof). User registration
You may be required to register with the website. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. D.

Assessment of registration applications by Indonesia Monitoring Committee (IMC)
Registration applications that are entitled to be assessed by Indonesia MC are those that have passed the verification and validation by Secretariat, and this assessment is final and inviolable. You as an applicant can send additional data or documents in your registration account whenever Secretariat asked you so via notification email.
Registration applications that have passed the IMC assessment will be included in the list of recommendations to be submitted for approval to the ASEAN Committee.
G.
Conferment by the ASEAN Committee
Applicants can only be legalized as ASEAN Professional with recognition of MRA through Committee Meeting organized by the working group under ASEAN CCS (Coordinating Committee on Services) 2-3 times annually. The recommendation of applicants’ registration is delivered by the Monitoring Committee from each ASEAN Member Country, and the results of this conferment are final and inviolable. H.
Failure
Failure can occur at the following stages : 1. Verification and validation, in which you as an applicant cannot fulfill the request from the IMC Secretariat to complete additional data and document.
2. Assessment by IMC, in which IMC assesses that your registration application does not meet the qualification criteria required in the MRA Document.
3. Conferment by ASEAN Committee, in which the meeting assesses that your registration application does not meet the qualification criteria required in the MRA Document.
Any failure will be notified by the IMC Secretariat to applicant via user account and notification email.
I.
Certification
Applicants who have been approved by the ASEAN Committee will receive a certificate of MRA. The Secretariat will send a certificate upon completion of administration and sent to the domicile address listed at the time of registration. Request for delivery of certificates to addresses other than those listed may cause problems, and we are not responsible for any losses that may arise from this. The IMC Secretariat will engage a third party of shipping service provider to deliver the certificate. We will do our best to ensure that deliveries are made on time and on destination. J.
Information
1. Each Identity Number can only create 1 (one) user account on this website.
2. You are required to provide the accurate and correct personal information when creating a user account, related to the full name according to identity, identification number, active telephone number and active email that can be contacted.
